Stargazing Pop-Up Interest Group

Programs will start at between 7pm and 8:30 pm depending on the date and time of year and will be in the north side of the parking lot up on the hill at TTCBJ!

Accessibility: The walking path is a steep incline and may be slippery this time of year.  For those who have mobility challenges it is not recommended this time of year. There will be additional stargazing opportunities this Spring.

Location: Park at the back West end of the building and walk up the path to the top of the hill (toward Village Shalom). Please be aware that it may be slippery depending on weather conditions. Be prepared and dress warm.

Sign up for this pop-up stargazing group to be notified about specific stargazing dates. The ability to set up the scope and observe will depend on a number of factors including weather and atmospheric conditions.  

This group is for all levels – from novice to expert stargazer, so it’s a great place to come out and meet like-minded people, and maybe even learn a thing or two! The telescope will be ready to observe between 7 and 8:30 pm depending on the time of year the session is offered each night. Participants will receive an email with information prior to each meet up. Current dates are listed below! Please sign up for as many dates as work for your schedule that you would like to attend!  This group is for stargazers ages 16 and older.
